Why Bookmarkers?

The idea of creating and sharing bookmarkers was because of my goal to read more books this year.  I came across a template called "My Reading List" on the Canva app.  How awesome it would be to keep track of all the books I read this year.  So I created the "Book Checklist" bookmarker with Roman 15:4a scripture for a little biblical inspiration. 

I have soo many books that I start to read but can't seem to finish them.  So this year I decided to set a goal to finish one book a quarter and by the end of 2025 I will have read at least 5 books.  Five books may not seem like many but it is definitely a measurable goal I know I can accomplish!

So far I finished one book, called Reverse the Curse: In Your Body and Emotion by Annette Capps.  It was a quick read, full of wisdom and really encouraged me to keep reading.  The next book I plan to finish is Idols Riot: Prosecuting Idols and Evil Altars from the Courts of Heaven by Katie Souza and Dr. Francis Myles.  I've been trying to finish this book for three years, every time I read a portion, it convicts me and is probably why I have a difficult time finishing it.  I'm declaring I will finish this book within the week, in Jesus name, amen!

Other books I plan to read are all about healing and deliverance.  Understanding my body, soul and mind to find freedom in Christ to help others be set free too.  I am always in the Word of God, daily, without question, but the following list are extra reads I'm hoping to finish this year too:

I'm hoping that by using this bookmarker, it will keep encouraging me to keep going, to keep reading, to complete books that I've started. Every book I read will bring more "tools" in my "toolbox" to help others, to co-labor with Jesus Christ.
